While bounce houses provide loads of fun for any occasion, proper planning and professional service ensure lasting memories for all involved. Keeping the following points in mind will guarantee a special event worth remembering.

Safety
Safety is our number one priority and inflatables are designed from the ground up with safety in mind. Safety rules are reviewed with renters prior to use and a safety check conducted on all equipment before it goes out to each client. While we cannot guarantee safety, everything possible is done to promote safe use of our products to ensure a fun-filled day.

Cleanliness
All Jump to Fun bouncers are thoroughly cleaned between each use ensuring your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play.

Age Appropriateness and Numbers Served
Inflatables, generally speaking, can accommodate between 6 and 15 children at any given time, depending on the size of the children and the activities planned. Children, ages 2 through 12 years, are considered an appropriate age range for enjoying the inflatables, though some older teenage parties are permitted. Renters should call or email Jump to Fun if they are unsure of acceptability.

Weather Related Issues
Regardless of the summer heat, it stays very comfortable inside inflatables. They lose air with each bounce (that is what makes them bouncy – the loss and refilling of air), typically making it breezy and cool inside. Each inflatable also has a roof that shades the bounce area.

Jump to Fun does not operate inflatables in high winds or rain. If recent weather causes the bounce area to become muddy, an alternate location will be required. Renters are strongly urged to reserve an indoor location (such as a park, school or church gymnasium) in case of inclement weather.

If your occasion may be cancelled due to inclement weather, Jump to Fun will call two hours in advance of the scheduled event. You may cancel at this time and receive a refund of your deposit. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Delivery
Delivery is provided free of charge within a 30 mile radius of Roy, Utah. Outside delivery charges will vary and will be determined when making reservations. All equipment is set up between 30 minutes and 2 hours prior to the anticipated start time. Renters with special requirements for set up or pick up times should inform Jump to Fun when reserving their inflatable.
